Description
This light and sweet coffee comes from the famous Ethiopian Yirgacheffe region, known for bringing us coffees with unique flavour profiles. This coffee is processed at the Wuri Washing Station, counting around 850 farming members. This region is known for its friendly natured people and high elevation growing plants. Some farmers in this region grow their coffee at 6800 feet above sea level.
The combination of the high elevation with the precise and meticulous processing methods results in a very high quality coffee with subtle but complex tasting notes.
