Description
This light and sweet coffee comes from the famous Ethiopian Yirgacheffe region, known for bringing us coffees with unique flavour profiles. This coffee is processed at the Koke Washing Station.
The Yirgacheffe region is known for unique flavor profiles, but coffee from the Koke washing station is extra special. Koke is a small district in the Yirgacheffe region with elevations as high as 2300M, allowing for concentrated sweetness and complex flavours. Koke lots are highly sought after by the Japanese and Korean coffee community with limited bags making it to North America, we are very excited to have this lot back in our offering.
The combination of the high elevation with the precise and meticulous processing methods results in a very high quality coffee with subtle but complex tasting notes.
